본 연구는 장애학생의 국어과 교육에 대한 초등학교 특수교육 교사들의 교수효능감에 대해 알 아보고, 특수교육 교사 양성과정과 현직 연수과정에서의 국어과 교과교육 과목 수강이 특수교육 교사들의 교수효능감에 미치는 효과에 대해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특 수교육 교사들의 국어 교과에 대한 교수효능감은 보통 이상이었으나 높은 수준의 교수효능 감을 나타내지 않았다. 둘째, 특수교육 교사의 교직 경력에 따른 교수효능감은 통계적으로 차 이가 나지는 않지만, 6-10년의 경력 교사가 1-5년 경력 교사와 11년 이상의 경력 교사에 비 해 다소 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 11년 이상의 경력교사가 가장 낮은 교수효능감을 나타내었 다. 셋째, 특수교육 교사 양성과정과 현직연수 과정에서의 국어과 교과교육 과목 수강 유무에 따른 특수교육 교사의 교수효능감에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 차이 검증 결과, 통계적으 로 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았으나, 특수교육 교사 양성과정과 현직연수 과정에서의 국어 과 교과교육 과목 수강한 특수교육 교사들이 그렇지 않은 교사들에 비해 높은 교수효능감을 나타내었다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate teaching efficacy for Korean Language teaching of special education teachers and the effects of register for Korean Language subject's education course on teaching efficacy for Korean Language teaching of special education teachers. The target of this study was special education teacher majored in elementary special education in university. The conclusion of present study was as follows. 1st, the score of three factors in KLTE was distributed between from 3.50 to 3.77(total score 3.64). This result was lower than 4.0 what is the positive score. The highest score was classroom management efficacy score, and the second score was student participation efficacy score and the lowest score was teaching strategy efficacy score. 2nd, after analyzing of the difference in KLTE according to special education teachers' teaching experience, no significant differences were found. It indicate that teaching experience difference couldn't be the tool to predict teacher efficacy. 3rd, after analyzing of the effects of register for Korean Language subject's education course(pre-service and in-service program) on teaching efficacy for Korean Language teaching of special education teachers, no significant differences were found. But, Elementary special education teachers who were took the Korean Language subject's education course offered by their teacher education programs showed higher teaching efficacy than those who were not took courses.
