이 연구는 각 지역자치단체의 여성평생학습 거점인 여성회관 학습참여자의 학습성과 에 영향을 미치는 요인을 실증적으로 탐색하는 것이 주목적이다. 연구대상은 경기도 지역 31개 여성회관 중 규모 중심으로 각각 10개 기관을 표집한 후 설문조사를 하였으 며, 수집된 495명의 설문지는 SPSS 19.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 학습성과 탐색은 학습 능력, 삶의 질, 사회·문화, 경제 등 4개 영역으로 분류․분석하였고, 이들 제 영역의 학 습성과에 미치는 관련변인은 교육프로그램 운영체계, 활동지향동기, 학습지향동기, 목표 지향동기 및 교육기관 환경 등 5개으로 추출․구성하였다. 위의 각 영역별 학습성과에 미치는 영향요인 탐색결과는, ①학습능력 영역에는 학습 지향동기, 교육프로그램 운영체계, 교육기관 환경, 활동지향동기, 목표지향동기 등이, ② 삶의 질 영역에는 교육프로그램 운영체계, 활동지향동기, 학습지향동기, 교육기관 환경 등이, ③사회·문화 영역에는 활동지향동기, 연령, 교육프로그램 운영체계, 교육기관 환 경, 목표지향동기 등이, ④경제 영역에는 목표지향동기 요인만이 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 각 지자체별 여성회관 학습참여자의 학습성과 증진을 위해서는 지속적인 지 역주민의 학습참여 동기 향상을 위한 요구조사와 분석, 그 결과를 반영한 참여자 중심 교육프로그램 개발과 제공을 위한 운영체계 및 교육시설의 제반 정비와 개선 노력을 위한 지자체장의 의지와 철학이 뒤따라야 할 것이다.
The purpose of this study is to practically verify the factors that effect outcomes of participants in educational programs at a women’s hall which is the base for women lifelong education of a local government. In order to achieve the purpose, 10 institutes were selected among 31 women halls in Gyeongi-do with regard to their sizes and a survey was conducted. The collected 495 questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Learnability was divided into four sectors; the quality of life, society, social, cultural, and economic sectors. The factors that effect the learnability of participants at women's halls were considered to be educational program operating systems at women's halls, activity, learning, and goal orientation motivation and educational institute environment. Examining learnability and effect factors for each sector, leaning orientation motivation, educational program operating systems, educational institute environment, activity orientation motivation, goal orientation motivation and etc. were the factors that had effects on program outcomes in learnability sector. The factors that effected program outcomes of the quality of life were educational program operating systems, activity orientation motivation, educational institute environment and etc., activity orientation motivation, ages, educational institute environment, goal orientation motivation and etc. were the factors that had effects on learnability of social and cultural sectors and only goal orientation motivation effected learnability of economic sector. Therefore, individual characteristics of local residents for each local government and their learning desire and participation motivation should be examined periodically and routinely and lifelong education operating systems that develop and provide educational programs focusing on participant learners by reflecting the results of this study should be improved. In addition, in order to continue to improve the learning environment that effects program outcomes of participant learners, it is required to will and philosophy of local government head.
