The employment assistances policy assists patriots and veterans to prepare for,
find, and keep suitable jobs. This policy includes assistance finding and keeping a
job, including the use of special employer incentives and job accommodations. The
ministry of patriots and veterans affairs provides employment assistance for
independence movement activists, disabled veterans, and their families so they can
enjoy economic security. The employment assistances include priority in hiring by
public and private companies and organizations. Companies and organizations that
employ more than 20 workers a day(200 in the case of manufacturers) must hire
an appropriate ratio of persons of distinguished service to national independence,
veterans, and their families. Job seekers will be recommended to employers who
will select the most suitable candidate. And the employment assistances containing
priority in hiring by national and local governments. Disabled ex-service members
will be given preference by receiving added points(10% for service members, 5%
for families) in any open examination for employment. Up to 10% of positions for
public officials in technical service must be set aside for priority hiring of special

improve of employment assistance, employment assistances and education supports
should be linked more effectively. And the ministry of patriots and veterans affairs
would be required to improve administrative efficiency to secure more
administrative resources for the employment assistances.
