This study conducted narrative inquiry for 9 people who experienced field practice after
completing Lifelong Educator courses from university and searched their subjective
experienced recognition. Studying process involved the manuscript of personal interview,
interview questionnaires, records of training process, photos, training log books, assessment,
and additional group interview data. The findings are as follows:
Firstly, the process of participation for field practice part showed the confusion of
participation of field practice, the bridge between theory and practice, and the completion of
the place for practice and challenge. Second, the meaning of participation experience for
field practice part resulted in the knowledge: relationship=education=life. And the expectation
and demand from the lack part showed the extension network between university and
practice agency, demanding a role for field instructor worked excessively, introduction of
mentoring system in field practice, reflection and effect to be a educator.
On the other hand, it reconstructed personal experience of would-be lifelong educators
and found general problems. Also, this study of the meaning of participation experience for
the field practice can be realistic alternatives.
