본 연구의 목적은 교육의 질에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 교사의 주관적 삶의 질에 어떤 요인들이 어느 정도 영향을 미치는지 알아보는 것이다. 부산광역시에 근무하는 교사를 대상으로 급별, 급지별로 나눠 윤창영(2001)의 척도를 사용하여 만든 설문조사를 실시한 뒤 회수된 365명을 대상으로 하여 분석하였는데 SPSS WIN 10.0을 사용하여 다중회귀분석을 STEPWISE 방식으로 실시했다. 설문조사 내용은, 직장생활과 관련된 변인을 직무 과부하, 직무 통제성, 상사 지원, 동료 지원, 직장 기대, 직장 관여, 대인관계 스트레스 등으로 나누고, 이것들이 직장 및 가정생활 갈등과 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였고, 가정생활과 관련된 변인을 배우자-가족 갈등, 경제적 갈등, 자녀양육 갈등, 배우자 지원, 가족 기대, 가정 관여, 부부 의사소통갈등, 부부간 결혼생활 만족 등으로 나누고, 이것들이 가정 및 직장생활 갈등과 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 직장생활 관련 변인 중 직무 통제성, 상사 지원, 동료 지원, 직장 관여 등과 가정생활 관련 변인 중 결혼생활 만족, 배우자 지원, 가정 관여 등이 생활 만족도를 증대시켜 정적 정서에 직접적인 영향을 미치고, 반면에 직장생활 관련 변인 중 대인관계 스트레스, 직무 과부하 등과 가정생활 관련 변인 중 의사소통 갈등, 배우자-가족 갈등, 자녀양육 갈등, 경제적 갈등, 가족 기대 등은 생활 만족도를 감소시켜 부적 정서에 직접적인 영향을 미침을 발견했다.
This research was done to find out the relation between the subjective quality of life and other variables. For this study, the following questions were asked. First, \"Do factors that are related to work - such as, heavy workload, overtime, employer relations, support of coworkers, expectations at work and stress caused by social relations - affect the ability to work and the management of the family?\" Second, \"How much do the causes that are related to the work affect satisfaction with life?\" Third, \"Do factors related to family - such as, problems between parents and children, financial problems, spousal support, child-rearing difficulties, husband-wife communication, overall satisfaction of marriage - affect work? If so, then how much?\" Fourth, \"How much do the causes that are related to family affect with satisfaction of life?\" Finally, \"How much do the causes that are related to both family and work affect satisfaction with daily life and emotional well-being? For this research, 365 elementary, middle and high school teachers in Busan participated. As the model for this study, Yoon Chang-Young(2001) and his work were mirrored in the following order; Yoon\'s work, estimating the variables of the family, estimating the variables of work, measurement of the quality of work and family, and the revision of questions used to measure the subjective quality of life. The results demonstrated the following. First, among the causes related to work. The impact of work upon family seemed to be the biggest problem. Job overload, along with stress caused by companions were at the top of the list. Control in the workplace and support from companions were also shown to be areas of difficulty. However, among the causes related to the work, support from the employer, and expectations at work didn\'t play a significant role. As such, job overload was the biggest problem that affected family life. Second, it appeared that among the causes related to the work, the things that affected the satisfaction with life were; job overload, control in the work place, support from the employer, support from companions and the stress caused by social life. Control in the workplace, support from the employer and support from coworkers were the elements that brought positive reactions from people. However, stress caused by social life and job overload brought negative responses from people. Especially, stress caused by social life. This had the greatest impact on people\'s satisfaction with life. Third, among the factors related to the family, the areas that brought negative responses to the work from the family were; financial difficulties, conflict between husband and wife, conflict between parents and children, problems raising children, expectations of the family, and communication between married couples. However, support from one\'s spouse and satisfaction with the family definitely eased stress due to work. Among the causes related to the family; financial difficulties at home was the most negative factor that impacted on work life. Satisfaction with one\'s marriage was the most positive. Last, among the causes related to the family, factors that affected satisfaction the most were support from one\'s spouse and satisfaction with married life. Conversely, conflict between married couples, financial difficulties, child-rearing problems, and lack of communication with spouse had a negative impact affecting both family and work.
