본 연구의 목적은 중앙과 시․도 단위 웹기반 교수학습센터 유아교육부분에 대한 유아교사들의 인식을 조사하는 것이다. 조사대상은 전국 16개 시․도에서 근무하고 있는 유아교사 400명이다. 인식 조사에 사용된 도구는 선행 연구 고찰과 예비 조사, 내용타당도 검증 과정을 거쳐 연구자가 제작한 질문지로, 총 19문항으로 구성되어 있다. 분석 결과, 유아교사들은 웹기반 교수학습센터를 매우 필요로 하고 있었으며, 중앙교수학습센터와 자신이 근무하는 지역의 교수학습지원센터를 주로 활용하고 있었다. 유아교사들은 자료 제작에 필요한 시간과 노력을 절약하기 위해 웹기반 교수학습센터를 활용하고 있었으며, 웹기반 교수학습센터를 통해 다양한 내용의 지원을 받고 싶어 하였고, 특히 교수-학습 관련 내용을 가장 많이 필요로 하였다. 그리고 웹기반 교수학습센터의 계속적인 질 관리와 편리성 부분의 보완을 지적하였다. 웹기반 교수학습센터는 유아교사들의 인식과 요구를 수렴하여 적절한 내용과 환경을 마련해야 한다.
The current study purposed to survey early childhood teachers’ perception on early childhood education at Web-based teaching-learning centers, and ultimately to provide basic information for improving and developing Web-based teaching-learning centers in a desirable direction and supporting early childhood education. The subiects are total of 400 early childhood teachers were selected from 16 areas. The questionnaire was composed of a total of 19 questions. As a result, early childhood teachers were in keen need of Web-based teaching-learning centers, and were usually using the central teaching-learning center and the teaching-learning support center of their locality. To save time and effort for preparing materials, early childhood teachers were utilizing Web-based teaching-learning centers and expected to be provided with various contents particularly teaching-learning-related contents by Web-based teaching-learning centers. In addition, they demanded continuous quality control and the improvement of convenience of Web-based teaching-learning centers. In response to the demands, Web-based teaching-learning centers should provide adequate contents and environment to early childhood teachers.
