본 연구의 목적은 유치원 교육행정 정보시스템(NEIS) 구축을 위한 전략 제안이다. 본 전략제안 연구는 선행연구인 유치원 NEIS 도입에 대한 교원의 인식 연구 결과에 기초하여 유치원 NEIS 대상의 15개 항목을 결정하고, 이의 구축을 위한 전략을 제시하였다. 유치원 교육행정정보화 항목의 선정은 한국교육개발원 교육 통계와 NEIS 항목 분석 및 2차의 전문가 회의를 거쳐 이루어졌으며, 총 15개 항목을 도출하였다. 유치원 NEIS 구축 전략은 유치원 NEIS 구성, 관련기관의 역할규정, 서버 구축 모델, 시스템 구축 단계별 전략 모델, 정보화 소요 비용 산출 전략 중심으로 제시되었다.
The purpose of this study is to provide strategies for kindergarten NEIS (National Educational Information System) development. This study was based on the earlier research of "Analysis of teachers' awareness toward the Kindergarten NEIS and information status in Kindergarten in Korea", items for the development of Kindergarten NEIS was selected and strategies for the development of Kindergarten NEIS were suggested. In order to select items for the NEIS development, 15 items were selected based on the analysis of KEDI (Korea Education Development Institute) educational statistics items and pre-existing NEIS items and two Delphi seminar. Strategies for the Kingarten NEIS development were components for the NEIS development, suggested roles of institutes related, models for the server development, strategies for each stage of the development, cost and resources involved.
