This study was to identify the effectiveness of Transactonal Analysis (TA) group applied the 4th to 6th grade of the elementary school. The consequences based on the experiments are as following: First, after analyzing the results of the tests used (NP, AC, CP, A and FC), there is a noticeable score difference in NP and AC while there is not a noticeable score difference in CP, A, and FC. For that reason, NP and AC were selected and CP, A, FC were rejected. Second, after applying transactional analysis group consultation program of the stroke theory, the result of the self-respect test shows a remarkable difference. Third, after applying transactional analysis group consultation program of the stroke theory, the result of the positive self-image test is found in NP. For ubordinated factors, CP is shown in CP and NP is shown in self- confidence.
In conclusion, the program needs to be more specific and diverse according to the need and difference of each child. Also, the program should not limit to one group of children, rather the program should be expanded to different groups of children in order to prove its effectiveness.
