본 연구에서는 미술치료 훈련과정에서 수퍼비전 경험자를 대상으로 수퍼비전에 대한 만족도를 조사하고 만족정도에 따른 수퍼바이저에 대한 지각과 상호작용정도를 비교하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 한국미술치료학회 회원과 미술치료 전공 석, 박사과정생들 중 미술치료 수퍼비전 경험자인 100명의 수퍼바이지에게 수퍼비전 경험에서의 만족도와 수퍼바이저에 대한 지각과 수퍼비전 상황에서의 상호작용 질에 대한 내용을 조사한 후 그 결과를 분석하였다. 미술치료 수퍼비전 경험자 중 만족도가 높은 집단과 만족도가 낮은 집단 간에 수퍼바이저에 대한 지각에 있어 전문성, 신뢰성, 대인 호감도에서 차이가 있었다. 즉 수퍼비전에 만족이 높은 집단이 수퍼바이저의 전문성, 신뢰성, 대인 호감도를 높게 지각하고 있었다. 또한 미술치료 수퍼비전 경험자 중 만족이 높은 집단과 만족이 낮은 집단간에 수퍼비전 상호작용 질에 대해 차이를 보이고 있다. 즉, 수퍼비전 만족이 높은 집단에서 수퍼비전 상호작용시 치료자 성숙, 교육적 측면, 가치관 수용의 요인 모두에서 높게 지각하는 것으로 나타났다.
This study investigated the opinion of supervisees\'satisfaction on supervision of art therapy,and examined effects of supervisees\' satisfaction on the supervisory style and interaction.The100 subjects are members of KATA(Korea Art Therapy Association)and graduate students which had anexperience of supervision. Question naire include dvarious categories, such as supervision experience and expectation of supervision. The results are as follows. First, there are significant difference between low and high satisfaction group in three personal attributes, professionism, goodfeeling, and reliability. High satisfaction group showed more personal attributes, professionism, good feeling, and reliability than low satisfaction group.Second, the specificinter actional aspects of supervision showed the significant differences between high an low satisfaction. The degrees of the rapist\'s maturity, education, acceptance of value of high satisfaction group are high erth an those of low satisfaction group.
