"Purpose of this study is focal in relation study about Social services and Long Term Care Insurance System. Is as following if summarize result of the study. Long term care insurance system that when it is known that the country all kinds of social welfare that offer help socially is welfare for the aged so that Social services law solves oldman problem and runs the aged of life as is yeasty and happy as general law that is Social services line's nonprofit, profit is purpose defines from activity to legal connected with welfare for the aged. In-Home Care Welfare facility and Healthcare Facilities for the Elderly people coincide to Long term Care Insurance System dementia, stroke etc.. for old mans among kind of facilities presenting in Welfare Law for the Aged. Also, could not solve old man problem by Welfare Service of the Elderly presenting in existent Welfare law for the aged, but side problem of service subject, selection of service, financial resources, service was mitigated as Long term care insurance system is introduced.
