This paper has been accessed to the future of venture industry from the VIew of adult education, and analyzed through bibliography and preliminary studying materials. Because national competitiveness in 21st century would be closely related to the development of venture industry, it has been suggested in this paper that the factors of success are due to developing process of venture industry of Korea, and human resource developing system of company being analyzed, and based on that result, this suggestions have been made regarding education strategies and development methods for the future of venture industry. The suggestions have been made at the six aspects of human resource developing system, and the contents proposed are as follows; Firstly, certification system of human resource development in corporate should be introduced at the aspects of strategy. Secondly, career development plan should be introduced at the aspects of management. Thirdly, outsourcing system should be introduced at the aspects of training and development. Fourthly, learning organization within company should be made at the aspects of resource. Fifthly, current job training system should be changed into small & medium company and venture company-oriented system at the aspects of supports. Sixthly, assessment system of training related to personnel system should be introduced at the aspects of result.
