The study analyses meanings of andragogy and grope for its new meaning In postmodern society. Andragogy has been core concept to establish adult education as a discipline. Andragogy has been referred to designate problems of pedagogy or to show opposite characteristics between children and adult as learners. Based on the literature review, this study categorized three usages of andragogy as a adult learning theory, as a technology or method of adult learning, and as a theory of adult education. The study investigates possibilities of andragogy relating postmodern characteristics. Andragogy has some natures what are harmonized with postmodernity. These natures of andragogy can fit adult learning nowadays in that has flexibility, mutuality, authority destruction. The flexibility of postmodernistic andragogy give some base for online education and e-Iearning irrelevance of a learner\'s background. Mutuality of andragogy make everyday life to construct as learning contents. It penetrates learning situation between learners and instructors. Finally postmodernistic andragogy give space for practice \'Pumasihakseub\' to teach and learn mutually by sharing the roles as a learner and as a instructor.
