This study is meant to explore the possibility of a convergent educational program by its field application and the development of a convergent educational program for creativity and personality. The Direction of Development, a convergent educational program, was settled through literature review. The program was developed for fourth graders in elementary schools to recognize the seriousness of environmental pollution and develop methods to prevent environmental pollution by the formation of research. Results of this study are as follows: First, this study suggests the frame of development as a convergent educational program. Second, the program improves the chances to experience art activities in school curriculum by blending act elements naturally within subject classes. Third, this program, developed by formative research, has high utilization. Development of a convergent educational program focused on the arts for creativity and personality will solve the problems of separated art education focused on music and fine arts by changing the disrespectful trend of art education through blending general subject and subject classes.
