The purpose of study is to design HRD ecosystems to embody a ecological HRD that regards a
current Human Resources Development as Happiness Revitalization Development, Human Revitalization
Development or Human Relationship Development HRD ecosystem is a ecological alternative necessary
for happy workplace to share valuable performance by creating healthy knowledge through meaningful
learning, rather than to make an effort centered on program that fills to empty competence, which is
decontextualized from workplace This paper propose the HRD learning strategy model from the
perspectives of emergent design, the principles of designing HRD ecosystems, group intelligence,
self-orgaizing principles, open innovation and total learning architecture, to integrate formal learning,
informal learning and social learning into the model. HRD ecosystems is the self-organizing and
self-initiating ecological model that facilitates a dynamic learning activity to create and share knowledge
with peer members by integrating various learning strategies into the center of the HRD ecosystem
model. Finally, HRD change management strategy and HRD specialist’s role change to make HRD
ecosystems happen are explored.
